5 Healthy Avocado Toast Recipes That Are Perfect for a Quick Breakfast

Let us tell you about our new favorite breakfast or snack, avocado toast. It can be prepared quickly, and it's very simple. 

Surprisingly, it can be done in less than five minutes. It's also delicious and healthy. 

These recipes are packed with good nutrition and full of taste, providing a satisfying and healthy breakfast. This dish is so easy it barely qualifies as a recipe, but it is so delicious. So we wanted to share it with you too!

While this is just a basic avocado toast dish, there are countless variations. Sometimes we enjoy adding more flavor to our avocado toast by adding different types of veggies, meat, or whatever on top!

1. Classic Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:

  • First, toast slices of whole wheat bread until crispy and golden brown.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed while the bread is browned. Scoop the meat to a bowl and use a fork to mash it until smooth.
  • When the bread is cooked, spread the mashed avocado evenly over each piece.
  • To add taste, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil, some red pepper flakes, and sliced ​​cherry tomatoes over your avocado toast for added flavor and texture.

2. Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of capers

Instructions:
